Hand-woven in our Athens based studio by Christiana
Warp: Naturally dyed cotton yarn, dyed with indigo and cutch
Weft: Naturally dyed cotton yarn, dyed with indigo and overdyed with cutch, naturally dyed with madder roots
Lining: Un-dyed linen fabric, from Kyoto, Japan
Cotton strap: naturally dyed with indigo
Machine sewn with metal zip
Approximately: 25cm x 25cm
Care
Hand-wash in cold water, using olive oil soap or any pH neutral soap only. Do not use stain remover or harsh chemicals. Dry flat and store out of direct sunlight to preserve the colour
The colour fades very little over time, so some shift in colour is to be expected and this is part of what makes naturally dyed pieces so special
